Out of the ashes rose a beautiful bird graceful peaceful honest the vision to see beyond her/his own enviroment filled with compassion and courage. We have all risen from the ashes of our pasts come together as a team to support and be supported.

Phoenix rising has been set up by adult survivors of abuse. (Childhood/Adulthood). Abuse can happen in adulthood as well and there are survivors who's abuse began in childhood/Adulthood. Our forum offers a place to be heard where no judgment of your survival or sexuality will be made. A place to voice what you may have once been sworn to secrecy or felt too ashamed to speak about. You are not alone together we can break the cycle of isolation, we no longer have to be silent, with the profound affects the experiences of childhood/adulthood has left you feeling. ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE A SURVIVOR. Join hands with us, whilst we walk along our journey towards healing, rise like the Phoenix and be free from the hold your abusers may once have held over you.
